Rasa Sadhana: Yoga of the Emotions
"RASA" is the nuanced nectarous flavor of the emotions. Rasa theory and practice is a complete fluid body of wisdom to guide you through the waters of emotional life. Not to guarantee the specifics of your flowing through, but a true and lifelong practice of swimming gracefully, gloriously, satisfyingly through human waters. Exploring Strength, Stability & Serenity
This 90-minute Vinyasa Flow workshop/yoga session blends breath-driven movement, strength-building, and deep relaxation for a balanced and invigorating experience. Flowing sequences are combined with targeted strength work using props like TheraBands, sliders, and blocks to enhance stability, mobility, and core engagement. Expect hands-on assists throughout class to refine alignment, deepen postures, and support your practice.

Asana Lab Week 1: Standing Poses
In the first week of this workshop, we'll explore Standing Poses, including mountain pose, warrior poses, lunges, etc. We'll also do a deep study into sun salutations, so you understand the sequences and why we do them in yoga.

Asana Lab: Full Series
This 7-week series will provide in-depth guidance on a variety of yoga asana that often require more focused support. Throughout the series, you will work to refine the physical components of your practice and get to the heart of poses by exploring alignment coupled with breath-work and somatics. Our intention is that you’ll form a deeper relationship with yourself through your asana practice in a way that can be sustained over a lifetime.

Yoga as a Tool for Community & Liberation
Connect and gather in community. Share your unique perspective and expand your ability to connect to your internal sense of power. This Asana & Meditation Workshop for members of the LGBTQ+ community will include an asana (physical yoga), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation followed by journaling, lecture, and discussion. This experience is a great opportunity to build community, hold one another in our vulnerability, and share our unique perspectives.
