Whole Sky Yoga Mission + Studio Policies
Whole Sky Yoga’s mission is to provide high-quality, safe, inclusive yoga and wellness classes, trainings,
and community gatherings. We work to foster a welcoming environment that allows clients to explore their
practice and connect with the community. We honor yogic roots through all offerings, teachings, physical space, marketing, and business practices.
STUDIO POLICIES
1. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
a. Reserve your spot online and pay via the Whole Sky Yoga website, Walla app, or in the studio.
b. To book into a class and reserve your spot, you must pay at the time of booking or have credits in your account. Class payment must be made upon booking.
2. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel your class before class time to make your spot available to someone else. You may lose credit for the class if you do not show up.
a. Please contact us within 24 hours of the missed class, if you are unable to cancel your class on your own, and we will credit your account.
b. The same policy applies to virtual students.
3. Please try arrive at least 5 minutes before class as a general courtesy to the teacher and your fellow students.
4. If you are a new student, please arrive at least 15 minutes early, so you can get acquainted with the studio and get set up for class.
5. Yoga mats and props are provided. Please wipe down mats and props prior to putting away with the provided mat cleaner.
6. Please turn off your cell phones prior to class, and secure them with your belongings in the lobby or yoga room.
7. Please do not come into the studio if you are feeling unwell, or if you’ve been around someone who has tested positive for Covid.
8. While we endeavor to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
9. Teachers are subject to change.
10. Any yoga student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on Liability Waiver.
a. NOTE: Classes, unless noted as child/an or teen specific, are designed for yoga students 16 years of age or older. Yoga students under 16 years of age may attend classes only when a parent or guardian is in attendance for the same class, provided, however, that Whole Sky Yoga will be the sole determiner if a child under the age of 16 may participate in class. Unattended children (under the age of 16) may not sit in the studio while the parent or guardian is attending class.
UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP CLASS PASS TERMS
Monthly Membership (aka Lunar or Galaxy Membership)
Valid for unlimited yoga and other regularly scheduled classes (both virtually and in-person) at Whole Sky Yoga, and other membership perks, see above.
Membership commences on the date of sign up, and membership fee will be charged on that date each month unless otherwise noted.
A credit/debit card must be used to set up your membership.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
To update or change your billing method speak to a staff member or update on your information through your Whole Sky Yoga account either on the website or via the Walla app.
All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month to month.
TO PAUSE: Email info@wholeskyyoga.com to submit your pause request. Members may pause a membership for up to two months at a time to keep your current pricing (exceptions made for injury or medical reasons). Unless otherwise stated, your membership will automatically renew after the two-month period. Please allow 48 hours to process a pause request.
TO CANCEL: Email info@wholeskyyoga.com to submit your request. If you cancel a membership, you may lose your existing rate. Please allow 48 hours to process a cancelation request.
If your monthly auto-payment fails for any reason, you will not be charged a late fee. We will notify you of the failed payment, so you can update your billing information.
Yearly Membership (aka Zodiac Membership)
Same policies as above.
Membership will not automatically renew. You will receive a notification one month prior to the end of your membership alerting you of the end of the contract.
To Pause Your Membership:
Email info@wholeskyyoga.com to submit your pause request.
Members may pause a membership for up to two months at a time (exceptions made for injury or medical reasons). Your billing date will reset according the pause.
Unless otherwise stated, your membership will automatically restart after the two-month period.
Please allow 48 hours to process a pause request.
