Asana Lab Week 5: Standing Balance

In the fifth week of this workshop, we'll explore Standing Balance, which will include review on the anatomy of the feet. We’ll explore several standing balance poses, including tree pose, eagle, dancer, and others. We'll also review everything from the previous week and incorporate it into the practice.
