This unique class blends a gentle flow yoga practice with the transformative power of sound healing. Class will begin with breathwork (pranayama) and centering, then we'll move into a gentle yet active physical yoga (asana) practice, and end with restorative postures and an extended savasana.
Throughout this experience, sound practitioner, Ben Brown, will provide soothing and healing sounds as we flow and breathe together, guiding you into a deeply restorative state by the conclusion of practice.
