Asana Lab Week 3: Twisting and Binding

In the third week of this workshop, we'll explore Twisting and Binding, which will include and overview on the anatomy of the spine and shoulders, along with seated twists, twisted standing poses like revolved triangle, twisted chair, revolved crescent lunge, etc. We'll also review everything from the previous week and incorporate it into the practice.
