Exploring Strength, Stability & Serenity

  • Whole Sky Yoga 3588 Main Street Stone Ridge United States (map)

This 90-minute Vinyasa Flow workshop/yoga session blends breath-driven movement, strength-building, and deep relaxation for a balanced and invigorating experience. Flowing sequences are combined with targeted strength work using props like TheraBands, sliders, and blocks to enhance stability, mobility, and core engagement. Expect hands-on assists throughout class to refine alignment, deepen postures, and support your practice.

After the dynamic flow, the practice slows down with restorative yoga and meditation-inspired breathwork, offering space to unwind, release tension, and integrate the movement.

This class is designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed—energized yet grounded. All levels are welcome, and props are provided.
