WSY offers 30+ weekly classes! With 3-6 classes per day to choose from, we strive to provide a well-rounded menu of methods to explore. Over the years we have evolved into a studio that offers a balance of strength-based and restorative classes. We aim to schedule at least one beginner-friendly and one stronger class option every day! We encourage students to try all classes in order to find the approach and teacher that they connect with. Our studio is a tolerant community focused on promoting compassionate self-awareness through a variety of yogic approaches. We provide a supportive, non-competitive, and accessible atmosphere for self-exploration. While many of our classes incorporate vinyasa, or “linking postures with breath”, we don’t ascribe to one brand or lineage of yoga and are always open minded to learn about varying philosophies and opinions. We teach yogic tools such as physical movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation, in order to facilitate health--and possibly overtime--a deeper spiritual connection as happens organically and is unique for each student.
Our team of expert instructors bring to the table decades worth of experience in the holistic field with in-depth skills in yoga, Ayurveyda, Thai massage, therapeutic bodywork, sound healing, meditation, and much more.
